15″ Tinsel Work Wreath Form

15″ wire frame with pre-attached ‘Pencil Tinsel’ tips in a natural burlap color, used to make a 24″ finished wreath. Use the tips to wire poly mesh, burlap, ribbon, floral sprays or ornaments onto the form creating your own one of a kind wreath. Unfilled three ring wreath form is 15″ wide. Black metal wreath form and plastic coated wire tinsel ties are all weather resistant.
